How To Bulk Up

Have you been exercising really hard in an attempt to bulk up your chest but results don’t seem to come fast enough or even at all? It is obvious that almost everyone who goes to the gym or exercises at home does so to increase their appearance by bulking up or basically to get stronger. Whatever your reason, you need not only to exercise hard but to exercise right. In this article, we will have a look at three easy steps on how to bulk up and get the results you want so much.

Step 1: Know the exercises and your chest in detail

Analyze your chest and know what each exercise does in order to have an edge in building your muscles. Most people believe that the chest is one big muscle that you can work by doing any form of lifting, this is mistaken. The chest is made of many complex different muscles groups and not all of them can be worked with one exercise. The major categories are internal and external muscles and lower and upper pectoral muscles.

Step 2: Do not cheat your negatives

By this, I mean lowering the exercise you are doing. For instance, while doing a lifting, lowering the weight after it reaches the top point is the negative. You should not use gravity to do this because it is even more important for your muscles to exercise restraint while lowering than applying force while raising.
Step 3: Work the muscles to failure

To develop your muscles, you have to work them to exhaustion for every set. When you cannot go anymore, you should take a short rest then go another set. This applies to both the skinny guy workout and for average and bulked up individuals who seek to add more muscle to their chest, arms or any other part they are working out.
